Why are we still open for business? The nature of our work (basement and crawlspace repair) allows us to work on homes without directly interacting with the homeowner. In fact, most of the time we do not have to enter the main part of the home while working. Moreover, we are more than happy to email estimates to our customers and handle any other business over the phone. In short, we will follow all guidelines for ‘social distancing’ to help keep your family safe.
Our most important priority is the health of our valuable team members. Thus, we are monitoring the health of our employees daily and we will not send anyone to a customer’s home who is displaying any cold-like symptoms. In addition, our team members have been instructed to wipe down and sanitize our truck interiors and tools regularly.
