Field Manager
American Crawlspace Solutions is looking an organized and reliable individual to join our field teams in the position of Field Manager. We do many different kinds of work, from basement and foundation repair to crawlspace encapsulation and drainage issues.
Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Job Description:
- Full time W 2 non seasonal work!
- Represent the ACS brand to our clients
- You will be working as a Manager to complete projects with a team
- Ability to work with all types of personalities
- Ability to resolve conflict professionally
- Quarterly Bonus opportunities!

- We provide company paid training and no experience is necessary
- This position requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- You will be completing several various tasks each day including Crawlspace Encapsulation, French Drain installation, Sump Pumps, Dehumidifiers, Mold Remediation, Foundation Crack Repair, Digging, Debris Removal
- You’ll learn about Foundation Repair, Plumbing, Basic Construction, Pumps, and many other things!
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly, work in confined spaces, wet conditions are sometimes required. This can be a very difficult and dirty jobs on some days. If you like a challenge, this job is for you.
- Punctuality is mandatory. Candidate must live in/around the Conyers/Covington area, as our shop is located in Conyers. You’ll need to meet there each morning
- We work hard to get the jobs done quickly and correctly
- Prior crawlspace experience is preferred but not required, we can train you
Technician / Installer

Sales Associate
American Crawlspace Solutions is seeking new members for our sales and customer service teams.
Salary: Unlimited Income Potential. $100k+
Job Description:
Represent our brand to the customers.
Help to grow the business
• Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads.
.• Research customer’s individual or business purchase needs.
• Set up and complete inspections and estimates. Be on time. Call them if you’re going to be late
• Submit estimates to customer through ACS Sales and estimating software
• Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
• Resolves customer complaints and questions
• Submit and schedule job orders through ACS software
• Informs management of purchase actions and schedules on the company work calendar
• Maintains pre-set minimum goals
• Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
• Makes recommendations for the customer based on a “needs based” sales approach
• Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates in ACS software. Keep accurate notes
