Mold Remediation

If your crawlspace has active mold growth, and you want it removed, this has to be done before encapsulating the crawlspace.
If you’re not planning on removing the mold, or if you only want it sprayed with a chemical (such as the service a Pest Control company would offer), it can be done after encapsulating. Here’s the bottom line: if a company is offering to provide a mold service, yet they are only spraying it and not physically removing it, it is not mold remediation. We have the certification, training, and experience necessary to properly remove mold growth from your crawlspace, and we can guarantee it.

“The air quality in our home has improved significantly. The musty smells that came through the air ducts have gone away….very satisfied with the work completed by ACS.”
